Dean Poskitt, our Managing Director, brings over 40 years of hands-on industry experience and leadership to the company. Known for his straight-talking, fair approach, Dean has built long-standing relationships with clients – some of whom have trusted him with their projects for over two decades. His deep understanding of the industry, combined with his insistence on quality workmanship, has earned him a reputation that speaks for itself. Dean remains closely involved in the day-to-day business, regularly liaising with existing clients and ensuring that every project lives up to the high standards he’s set over the years. It’s this commitment to excellence – and the trust he’s built – that keeps clients coming back time and time again.

Karen is the backbone of the business when it comes to keeping everything organised, efficient, and running like clockwork. As our Administration & Finance Manager, she handles everything from sourcing the best suppliers to ensure we stay competitive, to making sure we’re using top-quality products for our clients. Karen is also in charge of accounts payable and receivable, keeping a close eye on the numbers. Beyond the spreadsheets, she plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Whether it’s tracking invoices, finding a better deal.

Darren brings over 30 years of industry experience to the table, making him the steady hand behind every successful project. As Project Manager, Darren takes the lead from the very beginning, starting with an initial site visit to understand each client’s specific needs. From there, he ensures the right equipment is ordered and the perfect crew is assigned to get the job done. He makes sure every project is finished to the highest standard – and most importantly, to the client’s satisfaction.
